The Experience

A scent that tells your story. 

Each guest explores the fragrance bar, discovers favorite notes, and creates a custom signature scent to take home. Everything needed for the experience is included—there are no products or upgrades to choose in advance.

How It Works

Reserve Your Date

Click “Book This Experience” to open our secure booking window. Choose an available party date, complete the form, add to cart, and pay the $200 private party booking fee.

Confirm Your Guest Count

Let us know how many guests will be attending. The Signature Scent Bar is $45 per guest for groups of up to 10.

Arrive ready to explore, create and have fun. No advance fragrance or product selections are needed.

Booking Details
  • Private two-hour experience
  • Available for groups of up to 10 guests
  • Thursday, Friday, and Saturday parties: 6:00–8:00 PM
  • Sunday parties: 3:00–5:00 PM
  • Parties must be reserved at least 30 days in advance
  • The $200 private party booking fee is paid in full when booking
  • The booking fee covers the private space and event staff
  • The booking fee does not include the $45-per-person experience. This fee will be collected at the end of the event. 
  • The final guest count is due 5 days before the party.

Cancellation Policy

The $200 private party booking fee is fully refundable when the event is canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled party date.
Food & Seating

Indoor seating is not available for cake and ice cream. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor patio seating beneath the pergola. Contact Leighs if you need a party space; tell them you booked with The Collection TX, and they will give you a discount.
